Feedback from Pooja Khurana – Participant in Sex, Body Food workshop
The workshop has been an amazing experience. I am aware of major transformations with regards to my body, food and sex:
SEX –
My outlook towards sex has changed.
I feel no guilt or inhibition in expressing my needs with regards to sex.
I have come to accept and respect it as my source.
.. I also saw how I needed to differentiate between the qualities that attract me
towards the opposite sex and the underlying need in making choices.
I am experiencing a very different freedom in these areas of my life.
BODY –
After the workshop, each day my body intuitively pulled me towards food & drinks, colours, makeup, body lotions, clothes, movement, vitamins …etc.
that satiated its needs. My body gave me signs when I needed to sit under the sun, dance to music,
clean the house, sleep, go for a walk, sit under the stars, take calcium tablets, and take long leisurely pampering baths etc.
My meal portion became smaller than earlier and I stayed full for a very long time.
Previously, cold water showers and sleeping under the fan would end in sinusitis.
Covering my legs while sleeping was a necessity.
However, now I am amazed with my body’s comfort with the fan, lighter clothes or cold baths and yet not experiencing any chill or cold.
FOOD –
I recognised the food and drink my body needed and longed for, to nourish itself, which I had been
depriving it off. I got freedom from various myths attached to food and health.
After completing the workshop, I noticed how my hands reached out to Indian sweets .
I was very surprised since had earlier found these very sweet to taste and liking.
I also didn’t feel like eating biscuits which was a regular feature with tea earlier.
I didn’t feel an urge for coffee in the evenings. I started feeling full after just consuming fruits in the day.
During meals I started craving for juices. These experiences were totally new to me.
Prior to the workshop, my body would bloat after drinking wine or any other alcoholic drink.
During the workshop I drank wine for 5 consecutive days and noticed that I had no hangover, acidity or bloating.
Rice , fruits , jaggery water , and veggies, soup became an integral part of my diet.
Today, I feel healthier, active and totally nourished. I experience no hunger pangs, or wanting that something more in my diet…
I have lost 3 kgs, even after being on a rice diet and gorging on puddings , cream, cheese , and all the other so called fatty foods.
I look and feel younger, beautiful, love, connect and respect my body and am utterly grateful for it.
I am very grateful to the Kryon Wisdom Centre Team for being there for me at any odd hour, for increasing my awareness and consciousness and supporting my growth with such patience, love and dedication.
